Mountain Lactation is hosting a Breastfeeding 101 class on October 15th from 2:00pm - 3:30pm. You can take this course in the comfort of your own home! Partners are encouraged to participate
as well!
In this course we will dive into newborn behavior, feeding cues, nursing positions, basic pumping and common problems that can occur in those first few days/weeks. At the end of the class you will feel confident in how to obtain your feeding goals. You will also be able to know when you should reach out to an IBCLC for further help in reaching those goals!
